PHS/SPCA has been selected as the benefit charity for an equestrian event – Reigning By the Bay – which will showcase top national and international horses and riders. Reining is a judged event which shows the extraordinary athletic ability of the horses as their riders put them through a program of circles, spins and stops. Admission and parking are free so bring the entire family to watch exciting reining competition. Meet shelter pets available for adoption (July 21-22 from 10am-4pm only)! Competition starts at 8am daily at the Horse Park, located at 674 Sand Hill Road, Woodside, CA. www.reiningbythebay.com.

A Home for the Holidays Gala Ball

Please join the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA Auxiliary celebrate our annual “A Home for the Holidays” gala ball and auction on Saturday, November 3 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City. There will be a live and silent auction, as well as dinner and dancing, music by Pride & Joy. Ticket price starts at $150 per person.
