Tellington TTouch® Introductory Weekend & Three-Day Workshops with Dogs
February 20th - 22nd, 2016 | Coyote Point Shelter

All workshops cover the principles and basic skills of hands-on and movement work. The first day offers an introduction to the TTouch techniques. These will be put into practice in identifying and addressing the specific needs of the dogs that are present. Such needs might include reactivity, barking, fearfulness, inappropriate behaviors, apparent inability to learn, etc.

The second day adds another layer of precision and detail to the skills and information. We will also observe and hear how the work of the previous day might have influenced the dogs, and explore what further work would be appropriate.

The third day will be spent clarifying and confirming the skills that were learned on the weekend and adding more - those that were not covered on the weekend, and others considered more advanced. The intention is that you will leave with a solid understanding of the basic techniques of TTouch, and and idea of when and how to apply them.

It is not required that you bring a dog. If you would like help with your dog, do bring him or her. If you come alone you will learn just as much - and can take TTouch skills back to animals you chose to leave at home.

The registration fee for the two-day workshop is $275 ($250 if by January 20) and $400 for the three-day workshop ($350 if by January 20). For more information and to register, please click here or contact Sage Lewis at 612/817-4473 or sage@dancingporcupine.com.
